Due to the disturbing events in Shawano that are recently becoming so prominent as to destroy the infrastructure and economy of the town, we have recently added several pages regarding the disputes (to put it mildly) between town officials and SIST, a non-profit educational institution which owns a number of businesses in town.

These new pages describe the people involved and present a view that you will never see in the local Shawano Leader newspaper, or from Mayor Lorna Marquardt or other town officials. Since we believe it is important for the general public to have all the FACTS, not just opinions and accusations, and to see and hear all angles of the story, we present some of our own fact-finding searches and articles written by people whom you otherwise might not hear from, including SIST CEO Naomi Isaacson.
